Terms & Conditions
These terms cover the website and the purchase. Use of the software itself is governed by the EULA.
1. Agreement
By using riddimdjpro.com or buying RiddimDJ Pro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the software. "We" means RiddimDJ Pro.
2. Terms of sale
- RiddimDJ Pro is sold as a monthly subscription for macOS at $25 per month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time from your customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and may change at any time; the price you paid is the price that applies to your purchase.
- Payment is processed by our merchant of record, who may apply sales tax or VAT.
- Your licence is delivered by email after payment. Check spam before contacting support.
3. No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments, including the first payment and any renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your customer portal. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
If something is broken, tell us before you cancel. Email support@riddimdjpro.com. Most problems people cancel over are a fixable bug or a macOS permission we can walk you through in ten minutes.
Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. See section 10.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the software to infringe anyone's copyright
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software or your licence key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent licence enforcement, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
- Attack, overload, or attempt unauthorised access to our services
- Scrape or bulk-download the site or the riddim database
5. Your music and your responsibility
RiddimDJ Pro organises files that are already on your computer. It does not supply music. You are responsible for holding the rights or licences to the audio you process, and for any public performance rights your gigs require.
6. Availability
Features that depend on external services, riddim lookups, popularity scoring, licence activation, rely on third parties and may change or become unavailable. Local analysis continues to work offline. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features.
7. Intellectual property
The software, this website, its text, and its design are owned by RiddimDJ Pro and protected by copyright. Serato is a trademark of Serato Audio Research. Other product and artist names are the trademarks of their respective owners, used descriptively. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software is error-free or that automatic tagging, riddim identification, energy scores, or beat grids will be accurate in every case, these are best-effort analyses of imperfect source material.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms or the software is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost gigs, lost income, or lost or corrupted library data. Keep backups of your Serato library.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including UK and EU consumer protections. Where a term conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
