Privacy Policy
The short version: your music files never leave your computer.
1. Who we are
RiddimDJ Pro ("we", "us") operates riddimdjpro.com and publishes the RiddimDJ Pro macOS application. Contact: legal@riddimdjpro.com.
2. What the application collects

3. What the website collects
- Analytics. Aggregate page views and referrers via Google Analytics 4, using IP anonymisation. No cross-site advertising profiles are built from it.
- Email address, only if you submit it for the Playbook guide or a newsletter. Stored with our email provider (Brevo). Unsubscribe from any email.
- Purchase details if you buy. Payment is handled by our merchant of record (Polar). We never see or store your card number.
4. What we never do
- Upload, copy, stream, or store your music files
- Sell, rent, or trade personal data
- Use your library contents for advertising
- Train machine-learning models on your audio
5. Third parties we share with
Only what each needs to do its job: Polar (payments and licensing), Brevo (email delivery), Netlify (website hosting and forms), Supabase (licence validation and the riddim database), Google Analytics (aggregate website analytics), and public music metadata APIs for riddim and popularity lookups.
6. How long we keep things
- Purchase and licence records, as long as legally required for tax and accounting.
- Email subscriptions, until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days.
- Analytics, 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Support emails, 24 months.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, we will honour a request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. If you are in the UK/EU you have these rights under GDPR; if you are in California you have them under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

8. Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and functional cookies set by the checkout provider during a purchase. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
9. Children
RiddimDJ Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Security
Traffic is served over HTTPS. Credentials are held in server-side environment variables, never in client code. Payment card data never touches our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but because your audio never leaves your machine, the most sensitive thing you own is never exposed.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
12. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and by email to subscribers where the change is significant.
